Shipping via Correos (Spanish Post)
We ship orders across Spain using Correos, the national postal service.
Delivery Time
- Estimated 3–7 business days from shipment
- Mainland Spain – 3–5 business days
- Balearic Islands – 4–6 business days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla – 5–7 business days
- Weekends and holidays not included
Shipment and Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

- Delivered to your door or nearest post office
- If absent, a notice will be left — pickup within 15 days

Checking the Package Upon Delivery
- Check in presence of the courier
- Refuse delivery if damaged or tampered
- Contact Correos and support immediately
- Keep packaging and take photos if accepted
- Claim deadline: 3 days after delivery

We ship orders within Spain using GLS Spain.

- Mainland: 24–48 hours
- Balearic Islands: 1–3 days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 3–7 days
