Terms and Conditions and Warranties – BeautyDreamMart
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
This document governs the general conditions of use, purchase, and warranties of the products and services offered on the website BeautyDreamMart.es (hereinafter, “the Store” or “we”). By accessing the website, registering, or making a purchase, the user (hereinafter, “Customer”) declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply in conjunction with our:

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on BeautyDreamMart.es and the use of services offered through the website.
Accessing, browsing, and using the site implies express acceptance of all the points outlined in this document. If the Customer does not agree with any of these terms, they must not use the Store or make any purchases.
BeautyDreamMart reserves the right to update, modify, or delete parts of these terms at any time, notifying changes via the website.
3. User Registration and Purchase Process
To make a purchase in the Store, the Customer may:
- Check out as a guest (without creating an account).
- Register an account by providing: name, surname, email address, shipping address, phone number, and billing details.
The purchase process includes:
- Selecting products and adding them to the cart.
- Reviewing the order and accepting the terms.
- Entering shipping and billing information.
- Selecting the shipping method.
- Choosing the payment method.
- Confirming the order.
Once the order is placed, the Customer receives a confirmation email with the order number and purchase summary. This email constitutes a legal purchase contract between the Customer and BeautyDreamMart.
4. Pricing, VAT, and Invoicing
- Website owner: BeautyDreamMart – VAT ID: ESZ1498644S
- All product prices are in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (21% or current rate).
- For intra-community (EU) sales, VAT will be applied in accordance with current regulations and the buyer’s tax status (business with an EU VAT number or end consumer).
- For business clients with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT exemption (reverse charge) may apply upon validation and agreement.
- If a pricing error is detected, the Customer will be informed before the order is processed.
- Each purchase includes an invoice sent electronically to the Customer’s email.
5. Payment Methods
BeautyDreamMart offers the following secure payment options:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- PayPal.
- Google Pay.
- Bank transfer (on request).
All payments are processed in secure environments with SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.
6. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Main conditions:
- Shipping available across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
- Shipping costs: calculated based on order weight and destination.
- Delivery time: 1 to 7 business days (depending on destination and stock availability).
- Carriers: we work with reputable courier companies (Correos, DHL, SEUR, UPS, etc.).
Customers will receive a tracking number by email to monitor their shipment.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Law 3/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification.
Exceptions:
- Cosmetic, makeup, personal care, or perfume products that have been opened or used.
- Personalized items.
- Products in contact with skin where hygiene is compromised.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer (see section 8).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must write to us at support@beautydreammart.es, indicating the order number.
8. Return and Refund Policy
- Products must be returned in original condition, unopened, with seals intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9. Damaged Package, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an order with damaged packaging or missing/incorrect items:
- Please inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Keep the original packaging, including the box and shipping labels.
- Take photos of the damage and send them when contacting us.
If the package shows visible damage (dents, deep scratches, moisture, broken seals, etc.), the buyer must sign the delivery receipt indicating “damaged package”. Failure to do so will invalidate the claim.
If the issue is not reported within 48 hours, the delivery will be considered accepted and correct.
10. Product Warranty
Todos los productos vendidos por BeautyDreamMart son 100% originales y proceden de distribuidores oficiales o fabricantes autorizados.
All products sold by BeautyDreamMart are 100% original and sourced from official distributors or authorized manufacturers.
- All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Within the first 14 days after delivery, defective products (DOA) may be returned for replacement or repair.
- After 14 days (but within 2 years), warranty claims are managed through the brand’s service centers.
- For cosmetics and perfumes, we guarantee authenticity and proper storage conditions.
- If a product arrives defective, the Customer must contact us within 48 hours to request a replacement.
11. Product Returns
- We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects if they meet warranty conditions.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Products with visible damage not reported on time.
- Electronic devices with activated serial numbers.
- Devices requiring professional installation without specialist confirmation.
- Products subject to special return conditions (e.g., scooters, CECOTEC items).
- Defects due to negligence, misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect voltage/installation, or wear and tear.
12. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you have a warranty issue, contact us with the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- Description of the issue.
We’ll forward your claim to the supplier and inform you of the next steps. Processing may take up to one month.
If the product works correctly or the damage is not due to the manufacturer, additional return shipping costs may apply.
We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to resolve warranty issues promptly and conveniently.
13. Limitation of Liability
BeautyDreamMart is not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to force majeure.
- Damages caused by improper product use.
- Incorrect information provided by the Customer (e.g., wrong delivery address).
Any indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit resulting from product use.
14. Data Protection and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, unless another jurisdiction is required by consumer protection laws.
