Warranty Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service and offer clear and transparent warranties to our customers.

1. Damaged Package, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received an order with damaged packaging or missing items, you need to:

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours from the receipt of the order.
  • Retain the original packaging, including the box and shipping labels.
  • Take photos of the damages and provide them when contacting us.

In the case of receiving a package with visible damage (such as dents, deep scratches, moisture, stamps, etc.), the buyer must sign the delivery receipt indicating “damaged package.” If the buyer fails to do so, the claim will be rejected.

2. Product Warranty

  • All products come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects (except for refurbished products and products for professional use, which have a 1-year warranty).
  • Within the first 14 days from the delivery, faulty products (DOA) can be returned for replacement or repair.
  • After 14 days (but within the 2-year warranty), warranty claims are handled through brand service centers.

3. Product Returns

  • We accept returns of products with manufacturing defects if they meet the warranty conditions.
  • Products that were delivered in proper condition and match the order are not eligible for return.
  • We cannot accept returns of the following products:
    • Products with visible damages that were not reported in time.
    • Electronic devices with serial numbers that have been activated.
    • Devices requiring professional installation without confirmation from a specialist.
    • Products subject to special return conditions (e.g., scooters and CECOTEC products).
    • Defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use, unauthorized intervention, incorrect voltage or installation, as well as wear and tear.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you have a warranty issue, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • Description of the issue.

We will forward your claim to the supplier and inform you of the next steps. Processing time may vary but typically takes up to 1 month.

If the product is found to be functional or damaged not due to the manufacturer’s fault, additional costs for return shipping may apply.

Our store works in the best interest of our customers and does everything possible to resolve warranty issues promptly and with maximum convenience for you.
